Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Roamigoo, including the mobile apps, website, support channels, communities, listings, messages, and related services.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing, or using Roamigoo, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use Roamigoo.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to use Roamigoo. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you, including travel, immigration, accommodation, transportation, safety, tax, and local regulations.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. Do not share your login credentials, impersonate another person, create accounts using false information, or use Roamigoo after your account has been suspended or removed.

4. Travel, safety, and real-world meetings

Roamigoo helps people discover and connect, but users are responsible for their own decisions and safety. Use good judgment before meeting anyone, joining a hangout, sharing location, booking a stay, or participating in activities. Meet in public places when appropriate, tell someone you trust where you are going, and report concerning behavior.

5. User content

You may upload or share profile information, photos, videos, voice notes, messages, hangouts, community posts, listings, reviews, references, and feedback. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Roamigoo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, translate, and distribute it as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect Roamigoo.

You may not post content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, sexually exploitative, hateful, violent, infringing, spammy, or otherwise violates our Community Guidelines.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Roamigoo may remove content, limit visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, ban users, preserve information, or notify authorities when we believe it is necessary to protect users, enforce policies, prevent abuse, or comply with law. We may review reports and respond based on risk, available evidence, and operational capacity.

7. Messaging and temporary content

Roamigoo may offer messages, message requests, voice notes, temporary or disappearing content, and deletion tools. These features are not guaranteed to remove every copy instantly, especially if content has been copied, backed up, reported, cached, or retained for safety, legal, or security reasons.

8. Bookings, partners, and third parties

Roamigoo may show hotels, hostels, tours, communities, travel partners, or other offers. Partner information may be provided by businesses or third parties. Users and partners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, rules, services, and legal compliance. Roamigoo is not responsible for third-party services except where required by law.

9. Payments and refunds

If paid features, bookings, or partner transactions are offered, payment terms, cancellation rules, refunds, taxes, and fees may depend on the provider, partner, app store, or payment processor. Additional terms may apply before purchase or booking.

10. Prohibited conduct

• Harassing, threatening, stalking, exploiting, or endangering any person.
• Posting illegal, hateful, sexual exploitation, violent, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, attacking, spamming, or disrupting Roamigoo.
• Misrepresenting identity, verification, listings, ratings, location, affiliations, or travel plans.
• Using Roamigoo for scams, commercial spam, illegal services, or unauthorized data collection.

11. Intellectual property

Roamigoo, its logos, design, app experience, content, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse Roamigoo materials without permission.

12. Termination

You may stop using Roamigoo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or use Roamigoo in a way that may harm users, partners, or the service.

13. Disclaimers

Roamigoo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly secure, or that user, partner, destination, safety, or booking information will always be accurate.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamigoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, safety, travel opportunities, or business, arising from use of the service.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as Roamigoo evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
