Roamigoo Child Safety Standards

Roamigoo is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. Roamigoo has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

These Child Safety Standards apply to the Roamigoo application, website, users, and services operated by Junaid Anwar / Roamigoo.

1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Roamigoo strictly prohibits any content, activity, behavior, communication, or interaction that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Users must not use Roamigoo to:

• Sexually exploit or abuse a child.
• Groom or attempt to groom a child for sexual purposes.
• Produce, request, upload, share, distribute, or solicit Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Facilitate the sexual exploitation or trafficking of children.
• Sextort, threaten, blackmail, or otherwise sexually exploit a child.
• Arrange or facilitate sexual contact or sexual activity involving a child.
• Attempt to obtain sexual images or other sexually explicit material involving a minor.
• Use Roamigoo to facilitate any other form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

Any such activity is strictly prohibited.

2. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Roamigoo does not permit the creation, uploading, sharing, distribution, solicitation, or storage of CSAM through its services.

When Roamigoo becomes aware of suspected CSAM or CSAE, appropriate action will be taken, which may include removing or restricting access to the content, suspending or terminating the relevant account, preserving relevant information where legally appropriate, and reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities or organizations as required by applicable law.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, child grooming, exploitation, or other child-safety concerns through Roamigoo’s in-app reporting mechanism or by contacting our Child Safety Point of Contact.

Reports involving child safety are treated seriously and reviewed as a priority.

4. Enforcement

Roamigoo may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts involved in CSAE, CSAM, child grooming, exploitation, or other violations of these standards.

Roamigoo may also take additional action where required by applicable law or law-enforcement requests.

This contact is specifically responsible for receiving and responding to child-safety reports and communications concerning CSAE and CSAM.

6. Compliance With Applicable Laws

Roamigoo is committed to complying with applicable child-safety laws and regulations and to cooperating with appropriate authorities when legally required.

Where required by applicable law, Roamigoo will maintain procedures for reporting confirmed CSAM or CSAE to the appropriate authorities or designated child-safety organizations.

7. User Feedback and Reporting

Roamigoo provides users with mechanisms to report inappropriate content, behavior, and safety concerns through the application.

Users should report suspected child exploitation or abuse immediately rather than engaging with or redistributing the material.

8. Updates to These Standards

Roamigoo may update these Child Safety Standards from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or Google Play requirements.
