Account deletion request
If you created a Roamigoo account, you may request account deletion and associated data deletion in the app where available or by email.
Email privacy@roamigoo.com with the subject Account deletion request and include:
- Your Roamigoo username.
- The email address or phone number linked to your account.
- A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted.
For security, Roamigoo may ask you to verify account ownership before completing deletion. Some data may be retained where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or dispute handling, as described in the Privacy Policy.
App reviewer contact
App Store and Play Store reviewers can use support@roamigoo.com for policy-page questions, demo account issues, or review support.
Response time
We aim to review urgent safety reports as quickly as possible. General support and privacy requests are usually reviewed in the order received.
